It was a great day for a parade and so much more!Our Irish celebrations started with a concert featuring Irish music, followed by an Irish Mass then off to the parade! St John's parish family was well represented including the young and young at heart, the Polish-American community, the Filipino-American community, the Hispanic-American community, many families and individuals. It was a beautiful day to march!
After the parade many returned to St. John's for a post-parade party featuring, of course, corned beef and cabbage dinner. You can see all the pictures from the event on our St John the Evangelist Parish Mahopac Facebook page.
